1.
The customer undertakes to make lawful and reasonable use of the standby phone
during the whole of the period it is in the customer’s possession, in accordance
with manufacturer’s instructions for use.

The customer must immediately report any case of loss/theft/damage of standby
phone to our customer care numbe 8510011234, any and all charges incurred for
repairing that standby phone, will be borne by the customer.
3. We
take 199.00 as a refundable security against the standby phone which is refunded
completely upon return of the standby phone. Local services/Vat taxes extra.
4.
If your gadget is collected for repair, it should take 24 hrs for it to be
repaired. It could take longer depending on delays on parts approval and/ or
parts procurement.
5.
If gadget requires a part replacement, part cost will be borne by the customer.
Our customer service team will call you exclusively to take your kind approval
before we replace any parts.
6. In
case the gadget is given with NO POWER/NO DISPLAY/ completely non- functional,
only post our through check-up, we will be able to revert with exact diagnosis
and list of parts gone bad. We follow a decision tree approach to repair the
problem, thus it could be quite possible that we may call you more than once to
seek a revised approval of additional parts.
7.
The repair/ workmanship warranty stands for 30 days, provided gadget is not
treated/opened/managed by any other vendor, post our last repair. Replaced parts
warranty is separate but is still subject to the above mentioned clause.
Warranty is provided for the same repair & fault. In any physically damaged
gadget or gadgets with identified hardware damages, it is quite possible that
any part which is intermittently working can potentially completely stop
functioning, while we are in the process of diagnosing and resolving the
reported issue/s. In such scenario, Company will not be held liable for
returning the gadget in the exact (pre-received) partial working condition,
although we do not interfere with working of parts which have not been reported
as faulty by customer, we will ensure that you are informed about upcoming
issues if we discover them.
8. In
case the customer’s device is brought to our repair center and the customer
denies/does not approve repair charge and requests return of the device, we
would charge INR 199as our diagnose / logistics charge. In case customer has
provided the approval, and we are unable to source the part or not being able to
repair, we return the gadget with complete amount without any deduction.
9.
Company guarantees 100 % data security however,due to the nature of our service,
no data loss and 100% data recovery is not guaranteed. The Customer fully
indemnifies company for all software/licenses validity/ originality that the
customer has on its equipment/device company.com request to all its customers to
retain original CDs/ Licenses for any loss of installed application software
during the process of repair. Phonatrix.com is not liable for any instance of
pre –installed pirated software.
Phonatrix.com has a secure and streamlined process to ensure your device’s
safety however, is not responsible for any loss /damage of the gadget during the
time of transit service/repair or while the gadget is in the custody of
company.com as there are uncontrollable factors that might cause the same (theft
/ robbery / act of god etc.) Please note that while collecting the invoice,
ensure the request ID/invoice id is mentioned at all times.
10. All
phones which are fixed or repaired will be held for 15 days maximum post repair,
if delivery not claimed by the customer, after 15 days company won’t be
responsible for any loss/damage.
11. Standby phone
is provided till we complete the phone repair, 24 hours after company has
repaired the device if the customer does not claim delivery he/she has to pay
rental of Rs.100 per day for the standby phone as per the company’s discretion.
12. Customers
have to pay our visit charges of INR 199.00 during our warranty period as per
company policy. Phonatrix.com request to all its customer to fully ensure and
sign the quality check sheet before giving & taking handover of his/her device
at the time of pickup & drop, any problems unrelated to our repair will not be
our responsibility post customer’s acceptance of the repaired device .
13. These terms &
condition are subject to change, company.com reserves the rights to update or
amend these terms & conditions at any time without prior notice
